A 77-Day Evidence-Based Integration Framework

Our proprietary software guides participants through a structured 77-day cycle. Built on somatic science, contemporary psychology, and biometric research, the platform converts intensive wellness breakthroughs into measurable, permanent behavioral change.

  • Daily Somatic Protocols: Curated Qigong, breathwork, and nervous system regulation practices adapted to each integration phase.
  • Progress Analytics: Data-driven visualization of the participant's integration journey across six measurable life dimensions.
  • Facilitator Dashboard: Professional tooling enabling wellness providers to remotely monitor, support, and intervene when needed.
  • Distress Detection: Algorithmic flagging of psychological risk patterns with direct escalation pathways to care providers.

Consulting & Educational Infrastructure

We partner with international wellness centers, research institutions, and corporate wellness programs to design, implement, and measure evidence-based integration protocols.

01

Program Design

End-to-end design of structured integration protocols for wellness retreat centers and healthcare-adjacent providers. We architect systems that prioritize measurable long-term outcomes and participant safety.

02

Biometric Research

Advanced physiological analysis measuring somatic and psychological shifts before, during, and after intensive experiences — providing objective, peer-reviewable data on the personal growth process.

03

Somatic Education

Professional training in Qigong, breathwork, and meditative disciplines for retreat facilitators, integrative therapists, and corporate wellness providers seeking accredited somatic competencies.

Four Phases. 77 Days. One Continuous Arc.

Every lasting transformation requires structure. Our four-phase model provides a clinically-informed scaffold that meets participants where they are and carries them toward stable, autonomous integration.

N S E W
I
Days 1–7

Stabilization

Immediate post-experience grounding. The platform focuses on nervous system regulation, sleep quality, nutritional re-anchoring, and safety monitoring. Distress detection is most active in this phase.

II
Days 8–28

Reflection & Mapping

Deep journaling, guided somatic practices, and facilitator check-ins. Participants begin mapping insights to concrete behavioral intentions across six life dimensions.

III
Days 29–56

Integration Practice

Active embedding of new patterns. Habit formation protocols, relational processing, community engagement, and weekly biometric self-assessment drive measurable, lasting change.

IV
Days 57–77

Consolidation & Continuity

Transition planning, long-term practice design, and preparation for sustainable autonomy. Participants exit with a personal integration blueprint and optional ongoing community access.

Integration Compass was built to make the process of personal transformation measurable, sustainable, and grounded — bridging deep internal work with the rigorous tools of behavioral science.

Fabrizio Beverina

Founder & Director — Paojilhuasca LLC

Fabrizio Beverina is a biomedical engineer and researcher whose academic work at Politecnico di Milano in brain-signal human-machine interfaces and Affective Computing produced a patent and publications cited over 1,000 times in peer-reviewed scientific literature — establishing him as a recognized voice in computational neuroscience and human-computer interaction.

Over the past six years, he has directed one of Latin America's most established intensive wellness and integration centers, building first-hand expertise in post-experience behavioral change with over 500 international participants. He has collaborated with two universities to measure outcomes scientifically, using instruments directly adapted from his original research background.

As the author of Le Ali dell'Ayahuasca and Drinking the Serpent, he investigates the intersection of scientific research and personal transformation. His work has been featured in Reality Sandwich and across three international podcasts. This unique blend of clinical insight and academic rigor serves as the foundation for the Integration Compass platform.
